Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, and personal care products — which come in direct contact with the skin — opened, used, or unsealed items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The wrong item was shipped.


To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability.

Unapproved returns or items sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (e.g., damage, incorrect item).

Skin reactions due to allergies or individual sensitivities are not eligible for refund. We always recommend a patch test before full use.

For EU customers, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for unused and unopened products, in accordance with EU consumer law.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.
